" I have a teen, an athlete who, like many, needed fuel to play her sport. The challenge I was facing was providing healthy, balanced meals and snacks that did not take loads of time to prepare. "I think everyone should do this program no matter how healthy they think they are or how well they think they eat and should give themselves permission to make this program theirs! I had so many "AHA" moments while learning about healthy fats, blood sugar regulation and digestion and now I put these things into daily practice.
