Nutrition coaching starts by exploring what is needed to establish and strengthen your unique body at its foundations. We will discuss your health history, needs, and goals to find our starting point. We will collaborate to create a customized food and lifestyle plan. In follow-up sessions, we track your progress to assess impact and make adjustments to the plan as needed.
With personalized nutritional education and increased awareness of your body’s needs, you will become empowered to make informed food and lifestyle choices to realize a new sense of wellness.

During this 4-week program, teens and tweens will learn how to use nutrition to promote: athletic performance, sustained energy, clearer skin, mental focus, and healthy digestion.
The goal is to empower the participants with knowledge to make informed diet choices and to provide tools to foster a relationship with nutrition that nourishes the mind and body for the long term.
The program consists of four virtual meetings. Each class is ~45 minutes long. Classes will focus on nutrition through the following topics: nutrient dense whole foods, promoting healthy digestion, blood sugar regulation, and the importance of consuming healthy fats.
