Teen Fuel is a nutritional education program designed specifically to empower teens and tweens in a small group or 1:1 setting. They will gain knowledge aimed at making informed diet choices and the tools to foster a lifelong relationship with nutrition that nourishes. In this comprehensive program, we'll take an educational journey through the foundations of nutrition, including nutrient dense whole foods, digestion, blood sugar regulation, the importance of healthy fats and proper hydration.
