Teen Fuel is a nutritional education program designed specifically to empower teens and tweens with the knowledge to make informed diet choices and the tools to foster a lifelong relationship with nutrition that nourishes. In this comprehensive program, we'll take an educational journey through the foundations of nutrition, including nutrient dense whole foods, digestion, blood sugar regulation and the importance of healthy fats.
I believe in meeting you where you are and making a plan that feels right to you. I provide a space of compassion with no shame or blame.
Knowledge is power. You'll gain a deeper understanding of how nutrition impacts your health and learn practical strategies for making sustainable, positive changes to your diet and lifestyle.
We will be considering your diet as well as connected lifestyle factors like stress, sleep, and physical activity to create a comprehensive plan for your well-being.
I support your ability to make nutritional changes fit into your lifestyle. I know how busy life is and the plan needs to be workable. My goal is to make taking care of yourself realistic and enjoyable.
Achieving your health goals is supported by having accountability throughout the process. When you work with me, we will be in touch throughout. In my 1:1 programs, there are regular check-ins to track your progress and make adjustments to your plan as needed. When you join the RESTART group program, the small group atmosphere provides support and inspiration throughout the five weeks.
